How to redeem Aeroplan points for maximum value
While Aeroplan now prices awards operated by Air Canada and select partner airlines like Emirates dynamically (which can often be hundreds of thousands of points per flight), for most partner-operated flights, they are priced according to a fixed award chart with very reasonable rates.
Some of the best ways to redeem Aeroplan points include:
- Short-haul domestic flights on United Airlines for 10,000 points (or 9,000 Chase points with this bonus)
- Lie-flat business-class flights to Western Europe on Lufthansa, Swiss, Eurowings and more for 60,000 points (or 50,000 Chase points with this bonus)
- Business-class flights from the U.S. to India on Air India for 90,000 points (75,000 Chase points with this offer)
- First-class flights to Germany on Lufthansa for 90,000 to 100,000 points (75,000 to 84,000 Chase points with this bonus)
