At TPG, we value Chase Ultimate Rewards points at 2.05 cents each, per our July 2025 valuations. This is because we see enormous value in the flexibility of transferring these points to Chase’s 11 airline partners and three hotel partners. While Chase points will transfer at a 1:1 rate to its 14 travel partners, you can typically get more than 2 cents per point when opting to go this booking route, as opposed to redeeming your points through the Chase Travel℠ portal.

So, if you’re wondering how you can maximize 100,000 Chase points, here are five ways to get at least $2,050 worth of value from 100,000 Chase Ultimate Rewards points.

Book round-trip premium economy flights to London for 4 people
You can transfer your Chase Ultimate Rewards points to the Virgin Atlantic Flying Club program to book Virgin Atlantic’s great-value saver fares to London. These start from just 6,000 points one-way in economy class. Premium economy flights are also a terrific deal, starting at 10,500 Virgin points per person each way.
You could book a round-trip ticket for four people from New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to London’s Heathrow Airport (LHR) in premium economy for 84,000 Virgin points, plus $3,464.04 in fees, taxes and surcharges.
While the cash required on top of the points may seem a little steep, remember that this is the total for four passengers and includes the compulsory U.K. Air Passenger Duty fee.
If you booked the same itinerary with cash, it would cost $8,062.04 for four people.
Therefore, redeeming those 84,000 Virgin Atlantic Flying Club points for saver fares would save you $4,598 on the cash rates for the same flights. As an added bonus, you’d be left with 16,000 Chase points that you could transfer to World of Hyatt to book a one-night stay at the Hyatt Place London City East for 15,000 World of Hyatt points, saving you an additional $274.

Book 4 nights in the heart of New York City
New York can be an expensive destination for accommodations, especially over the summer months. September is a great time to visit the Big Apple, as the days are still warm but the heat of summer has passed, making the temperatures pleasant, especially in the evenings.
You could transfer your Ultimate Rewards points to World of Hyatt and book four nights at the Park South Hotel for 23,000 World of Hyatt points per night (for a total of 92,000 points).

What makes this an even better deal is that World of Hyatt members don’t pay taxes or fees on redemption stays.

Book nonstop, round-trip business-class flights to Spain
Chase transfer partner Iberia Club offers terrific redemption rates for business-class flights from the various U.S. cities to Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD). On off-peak dates, you’ll need as few as 40,500 Iberia Avios each way from the East Coast to Spain.
This means you can fly from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) to MAD for 40,500 Avios round-trip, plus about $317 in fees and taxes.
Since cash rates for the same flights will cost more than $3,500 per person, this is a great way to fly across the Atlantic in a lie-flat seat and experience Iberia’s brand-new Airbus A321XLR aircraft.
Value of 81,000 Chase points: $3,265 (so 100,000 points could be worth $4,030)
Book 3 nights at the iconic Park Hyatt Sydney
Hotel locations don’t get much more desirable than overlooking the iconic Sydney Harbour directly under the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
If you’re heading Down Under, consider bedding down at the Park Hyatt Sydney, one of TPG’s favorite hotels to book with points anywhere in the world. In October, a three-night stay costs almost $2,500.
But you can book these same dates for 35,000 World of Hyatt points per night, which you can transfer from Ultimate Rewards at a 1:1 rate.
Though this redemption would require 105,000 points rather than the 100,000 bonus points available as part of the Chase Sapphire Reserve‘s current offer, remember that you would need to spend $5,000 on the card to earn the bonus points. Therefore, you would rack up at least another 5,000 points for reaching that spend threshold.
Value of 105,000 Chase points: $2,444.44
Book 2 American Airlines lie-flat business-class seats
American Airlines offers lie-flat business-class seats on its Airbus A321 aircraft for flights from New York to San Francisco and Los Angeles. By transferring your Chase points to British Airways Club and then Qatar Airways Privilege Club, you can book these routes for just 43,000 Avios per person each way.
This means you could book two one-way tickets on the six-hour-and-20-minute flight to the West Coast for 86,000 Chase points plus only $9 in taxes and fees, leaving you 14,000 Chase points to perhaps use for a hotel in San Francisco.

If you don’t want to go through the additional step of transferring Avios to your Qatar Airways Privilege Club account, you can also book these flights directly through British Airways Club for 100,000 Avios.
With cash rates for this flight at over $1,000 per person, this is an excellent way to get great value from your Chase points.
